Old Time Fiddler’s Convention
A part of our musical heritage, fiddles were a valued possession of early settlers to Alabama in the 1800's. This event founded in 1979 by the Atmore Rotary Club draws musicians of all ages and walks of life to compete in guitar, dobro, banjo, mandolin, vocal band, string band and the fiddle. Evening includes great barbeque prepared by the Atmore Rotary Club.

Rogersville Bluegrass Festival
Bluegrass music at its finest will be presented in July when fans from across the south gather at Rogersville Recreation Park for the Annual Bluegrass Festival. The three-day event will include live performances, crafts booths, a shade tree band contest, prize giveaways, and food vendors. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the day.

Spirit of America Festival

The South’s largest free 4th of July celebration. Held annually at Point Mallard Park. Family events include a kids/teen talent show, a NCAA cheerleading competition, children’s activity area, 5k & 10k road races, 100 mile bike ride, softball tournament, golf tournament, food and game vendors, the Miss Point Mallard Pageant - a Miss America Preliminary Pageant, continuous stage entertainment by local and area bands and artists, and a booming fireworks display.
